ABOUT ME
I’m a Soft Tissue Therapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, which strongly influences the way I work today. While I currently practise as a Soft Tissue Therapist, my training provides a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and clinical reasoning.
At Elementa Integrative Therapy, I support people experiencing chronic neck, back, or jaw pain, long-standing muscles issues and stress-related patterns. I work with the body as an interconnected system, where soft tissue, the nervous system, movement, and lifestyle all play a role in how you feel.
My approach goes beyond symptom relief, integrating hands-on therapy, movement awareness and conscious self-care to support long-term health, balance, and functional wellbeing.
How I live reflects how I work. Movement has always been a central part of my life. I value presence, listening and genuine human connection, creating a safe and supportive space where my clients feel heard and cared for.
